AY Makun: Comedian faces backlash over insensitive Tboss joke

Kemen and Tboss

With several great performances, AY Live was however marred by his insensitive Kemen joke.

The annual AY Live comedy show 2017 held at the splendid Eko hotel & suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.

As usual, the event was packed with fans still trooping in at 3:00 am.

With several great performances, it was however marred by his insensitive Kemen joke.

It all happened when while on stage AY brought the contestants of the Big Brother Naija reality show and spoke about the 'rapey' incident between Kemen and Tboss.

AY normalised Kemen's actions and said every man in his position would do the same thing.

It didn't stop there, he added that Nigerians "encourage this young man, he no kill person" in reference to Kemen.

Nigerians have since been lashing at him on social media with fans calling it distasteful and insensitive.
